One of the project management’s procedures is human resource management which making project team and inspection of its completion is its main task.Project Management’s subject and its procedure recently in Iran are considered and in this case, human resource management is one of the essential bases to achieve in success in projects and organizations. Moreover, the teams and their creation in the projects are now more admirable.The team consists of individuals in common purpose that after creation they classified in different profession and each group should have responsibility so that, Conclude it and at the end they will be separated.In this way, this article’s goal is inspection of team’s concept and formation, recognizing team in high-rise building construction step, obstacles and problem in forming the construction team in this kind of projects.
