تبیین مدل مفهومی آموزش معماری بر پایۀ شایستگی حرفه‌ای دانش‌آموختگان

چکیده

اغلب فارغ‌التحصیلانی که وارد بازار کار و حرفه‌های معماری شده‌اند نتوانسته‌اند آن انتظارات و نیازهای جامعة مخاطب خود را پاسخ‌گو باشند و در این میان به‌نظر می‌رسد که دلیل اصلی این مهم را باید در کیفیت آموزش معماری در مراکز و مؤسسات آموزشی جستجو کرد. بزرگ‌ترین هدف آموزش معماری آماده کردن دانشجویان برای ورود به حرفه است و یافتن شیوة درست آموزش می‌تواند مهم‌ترین نقش را در شایستگی حرفه‌ای تحقق بخشد. رابطة میان کیفیت آموزش و شایستگی حرفه‌ای مقوله‌ای است که همواره از دغدغه‌های نظریه‌پردازان و کارشناسان حوزة معماری است. این پژوهش با هدف تدوین الگوهای شایستگی حرفه‌ای فارغ‌التحصیلان معماری بر اساس نتایج حاصل از مصاحبه با خبرگان و استادان معماری برای ورود به حرفة معماری انجام شده است. روش تحقیق از منظر شناخت‌شناسی بر پارادایم تفسیرگرایی متکی و از نوع کیفی است. راهبرد انتخابی نظریة زمینه‌ای داده‌بنیاد و تحلیل داده‌ها بر اساس روش کدگذاری سیستماتیک استراوس و کوربین در نرم‌افزار «مکس کیودای 2020» انجام شده است. نتایج نشان می دهد که شرایط اولیه و بسترساز به‌منظور رسیدن به شایستگی حرفه‌ای دانشجویان معماری مستلزم اصلاح چارت آموزشی، اصلاح سیستم پذیرش، و دسته‌بندی هدفمند دانشجویان معماری است. همچنین شرایط مداخله‌گر در ارتباط با نقش آموزش در شایستگی حرفه‌ای شامل کیفیت آموزش استادان و توقعات از فارغ‌التحصیلان معماری است و درنهایت شرایط زمینه‌ای شامل انطباق آموزش معماری و بازار کار و بهبود شخصیت معمارانه دانشجویان موجب پیامد اصلی تحقیق، که آماده کردن فارغ‌التحصیلان معماری برای ورود به بازار کار است، خواهد شد.

چکیده [English]

Architecture graduates have often failed to satisfy expectations and needs of their respective communities, with the quality of their higher education being the prime suspect. Architectural education chiefly aims to prepare students for the profession. It is, therefore, crucial to find the right ways to that end.When architecture graduates face their first work experience, the shortcomings of their education become evident.The present research intends to compile professional competency models for architecture graduates based on interviewswith experts and tutors.From an epistemological point of view, the research method is based on the interpretive paradigm and is of a qualitative type.The selected strategy is based on the contextual theory of foundation data, and data analyses are done based on the systematic coding method of Strauss and Corbin in the Max Kyuda 2020 software.The results show that fulfilling primary conditions requires reforming educational charts, admission systems and a purposeful grouping of students, with background conditions including the adaptation of education and the profession, and improving students’ professional character.
