Intellectual ownership rights: Every effort will be made to accurately present authors’ details, and thereby protect their copyrights through preventing any reproduction of the contents without their consent. Accepted articles will not be made available prior to publication except for the journal’s authorities.

Professional and fair refereeing: Decisions about scientific qualification of papers are made regardless of authors’ gender, ethnic, racial, and their sexual, religious, political and ideological orientations. All author names are removed from papers prior to sending them for refereeing.

Privacy: All author details are treated as confidential before publication. Only journal authorities will have access to any such data
