A student’s imitation of his or her tutor in architectural design tutorials can ignite their creativity. On the other hand, a tutor’s imitation of his or her student helps them to read the student’s mind, and offer a better teaching. In this paper, ‘reciprocal imitation’ in architectural design studio is introduced, which comprises ‘implicit imitation’ by the student of the tutor and ‘responding imitation’ by the tutor. In this regard, the views of two well-known researchers in design studies, namely, Donald Schön and Kees Dorst, are compared in order to attain two concepts of ‘descriptive imitation’ and ‘explanatory imitation’, clarifying them in the ‘designerly’ interaction between the student and the tutor; the interaction that propers architectural design education. Through ‘conceptualisation’ of the existing literature via rational reasoning, the various aspects of reciprocal imitation are deduced to identify how the ‘mainstream design’ arises from ‘mainstream education’, and ‘creative design’ from ‘creative education’. The overarching aim of the research is to identify and clarify those aspects of reciprocal imitation between the tutor and the student that can make tutorials more creative. The result is a diagram that shows the position and the relationship between different concepts of reciprocal imitation in tutorials. تقلیدِ درست پیش‌‌نیاز خلاقیت است. تقلید شاگرد از معلم خود در جلسة کرکسیون طراحی معماری می‌تواند راه‌‌انداز خلاقیت او باشد. در مقابل، تقلید معلم از شاگرد نیز به ذهن‌‌خوانی معلم از شاگرد کمک می‌کند و به او در آموزش بهتر شاگردش یاری می‌رساند. در این مقاله با معرفی «تقلید دوسویه» در کارگاه طراحی معماری، یعنی «تقلید ضِمنی» شاگرد از معلم و «تقلید بازگشتی» معلم از شاگرد و با تطبیق نظر دو طراحی‌پژوه سرشناس، دونالد شون و کیز دُرست، به دو مفهوم «تقلید توصیفی» و «تقلید توضیحی» دست می‌یابیم و موضِع این مفاهیم را در تعامل طراحانة معلم و شاگرد روشن می‌کنیم؛ تعاملی که موجب پیشبرد آموزش طراحی معماری می‌شود. در این پژوهش، به روش «مفهوم‌‌سازی» با استدلال منطقی بر تأملات نظری پیشین در ادبیات موضوع، به استنتاج وجوه مختلف تقلید دوسویة معلم و شاگرد در جلسات کرکسیون طراحی معماری می‌پردازیم و وجوه تقلید را در دستیابی به «طراحی متداول» برخاسته از «آموزش متداول» و «طراحی خلاق» منتج از «آموزش خلاق» شناسایی می‌کنیم. هدف اصلی در این پژوهشْ شناسایی و تنویر وجوهی از تقلید دوسویه میان معلم و شاگرد است که می‌تواند کرکسیون طراحی آن‌ها را خلاقانه‌تر پیش ببرد. نتیجة پژوهش به شکل نموداری ظاهر می‌شود که جایگاه و روابط مفاهیم مختلف تقلید دوسویه را در جلسة کرکسیون طراحی معماری به‌طور یک‌‌جا نشان می‌دهد. https://soffeh.sbu.ac.ir/article_101137_8121022000dabc03046a4b4f6c766f20.pdf
